Can I shop without becoming a member?
You can shop on our site without being a member. When creating your order, your e-mail address must be added so that you can access your e-invoice and track your order. If you become a member, you can track your orders and cargo more easily, request online returns/exchanges, and benefit from our special campaigns. You can also access all your transactions retroactively from your account at any time.
How Can I Update My Membership Information?
You can update your information from the My Information section of the My Member Panel menu.
I forgot my Membership Password, What Should I Do?
