You can pay via credit card when shopping on our site.

How can I pay by credit card?
On the payment screen, you will be asked for your credit card information. After you enter the information, this information will be securely transmitted to your bank and payment approval will be received. Payments made by credit card are approved instantly.


I get an error on the payment screen, what should I do?
After you enter and confirm your information on the payment screen, the transaction you made with your credit card may not be approved for various reasons. In this case;
  • Check that your card is open for online shopping.
  • Check if your card is available for use.
  • Make sure your card has sufficient limit.
  • Make sure you enter the requested information about the card correctly.
  • Check if your card's expiration date is valid.
  • If you are using a virtual card, make sure your limit is sufficient.

Except for the situations mentioned above, please get support from your bank.



Can I use the points on my credit card when making a payment?

When making a payment on our site, it is not possible to make a payment with the points on your credit card.

Is VAT included in the prices of the products listed on the site?
The products offered for sale on our site are listed with cash prices including VAT.

How can I shop on your website?

To shop from our website; Add the product(s) you want to buy to your cart. To buy the products in your cart, first click on the " CART " link in the upper right corner, then click on the " COMPLETE SHOPPING " button on the page that opens. If you have previously registered on our site; log in with your e-mail address and password on the screen that opens. If you have previously registered as a member, this stage will be skipped and you will be directed to the next stage. If you do not have a membership on our site; click on the " CREATE ACCOUNT " button and fill in the requested information completely. To continue without becoming a member, click on the " GUEST SHOPPING " button. You can complete your shopping by entering your address and credit card information.


How can I find out the status of my order?

If you have created an order by logging in as a member; Click on the “MY ORDERS” tab in the “MY ACCOUNT” link. On the screen that opens, you can see the status of all your past and current orders. For detailed review, you can click on the “DETAILS” link next to the relevant order. If you have created an order without being a member; Click on the “Order Tracking” link at the bottom of the page. On the screen that opens, you can see the status of your order by entering your e-mail address or mobile phone number along with your order number.



Can I add a new product to my order after I create it?
Once your order has been created, it is not possible to add any products to the order.


Can I cancel any item or the entire order after I place the order?
You can cancel your order before it is delivered to cargo and return it after it is delivered. To cancel any product(s) in your order;

If you are a member, check the status of your order from the "MY ORDERS" tab in the "MY ACCOUNT" link. If you have made a purchase without being a member, you can see the status of your order by using the "ORDER TRACKING" link at the bottom of our site.

If your order is in the "IN PREPARATION" status, you can cancel by calling Customer Services at 0850 333 22 72, 10:00 on weekdays. If your order is in the "SHIPPED" status, cancellation cannot be made. However, after your order reaches you and your cancellation is approved by us, the canceled product amount will be reported to your bank to be refunded to the credit card you used for payment within 30 business days. If you paid by credit card, this information received by your bank will be reflected on your credit card statement according to the bank's working principles.

How can I become a member?

When you click on the "MY ACCOUNT / REGISTER" button at the top of our site, our membership page will open. You can complete your membership process by filling out the form on the page that opens completely. You do not need to pay any fees to become a member of our site.

I forgot my password, what should I do?
If you forget your password, click on the "I FORGOT MY PASSWORD" link on the screen where you log in to create a new password. When you enter the e-mail address you used when registering on our site, the link required to create your new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Your new password must be 6 to 8 characters long.

I want to change my password, what should I do?
When you want to change your password, first log in with your e-mail address and current password. Then click on the "Change Password" button in the "LOG IN" tab in the "MY ACCOUNT" link. You can change your password by entering your old password first, then your new password twice in the section that opens.


How can I update my membership information?

How can I update my address information?
After logging in with your e-mail address and password, you can view your existing addresses, edit them or add new addresses by clicking on the "MY ADDRESSES" tab under the "MY ACCOUNT" link.

How can I cancel my e-bulletin and announcement subscription?
Click on the "LOG IN" tab under the "MY ACCOUNT" link. All you have to do is uncheck the box next to "I want to receive e-bulletins, campaign news and SMS announcements."

How can I have e-bulletins and announcements sent to me?
To receive only e-bulletins and announcements via e-mail, you can send us your e-mail address from the E-Bulletin section at the bottom of our site. To subscribe to e-bulletins and announcements, you can check the box next to "I want to receive e-bulletins and campaign news" in the membership form while becoming a member of our site. Bulletins and announcements will be sent to your registered e-mail address. You can cancel or restart this subscription at any time.
If you want to subscribe to newsletters, announcements and SMS later, click on the "My Memberships" tab in the "My Account" link. On the page that opens, it will be enough to check the box next to "I want to receive e-bulletins, campaign news and SMS announcements".
